Shipping Information
At our company, we understand that receiving your cabinets in a timely manner is crucial for your renovation timeline. That's why we work diligently to ensure your order is processed, manufactured, and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Delivery Methods
We offer several delivery options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Our most economical option, with delivery times typically ranging from 7-14 business days after production is complete.
- Expedited Shipping: Need your cabinets sooner? Our expedited service ensures delivery within 5-7 business days after production for an additional fee.
- White Glove Delivery: Premium service including in-home delivery, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:
- Total weight and dimensions of your order
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For orders over $3,000, we offer free standard shipping to most locations in the continental United States.
Production Timeframes
Before shipping, your cabinets need to be produced:
- In-Stock Items: 3-5 business days for processing
- Custom Orders: 4-6 weeks for manufacturing
Shipping timeframes begin once production is complete. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Please Note: Custom-made cabinets designed to your specifications cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call (800) 555-CABINET to initiate your return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Ship the items back to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved
We will work with you to either replace the damaged items or provide a refund.
